Points to Note while traveling to Havelock/Neil Island

• Both the Ports in Port Blair and Havelock Island does not have potter hence it is better to carry Minimum leaving the rest in the Respective hotel Clock Room in Port Blair.
• Room booking in each destination is as per the Check-in/out Times. Hence any delay in arrival and departure in each destination does not guaranty Room Occupation and additional sightseeing trips.
• Arrival and Departure to destinations are as per the availability of tickets in the cruise while conforming the Package hence we might change this very program or shuffle to adjust those timings.
• The number of vehicles in the Islands are less compared to number of tourist hence request your cooperation in case of delay and report to the concerned person.
• Boats for elephant beach are not on regular interval, it divided into different slots. Hence after reaching the Boarding area the guest might have to wait for some time.
• In case the Elephant beach is closed for some or other reason, then a trip to kalapathar Beach will be arranged.

Payment Policy & mode of payment

• All the payments must be cleared as per the Cut off dates in sun a manner that 50 % is cleared at the time of Conformation and Balance 50% write on the Day of Arrival. In case of any Bank holiday the payment must be made before the arrival Date.
• Booking done with in the 30 days of Arrival date will be conformed by Paying 100 % Payment.
• NEWWAY Andaman Tours And Travels reserve the rights to deny / withdraw any booking or service before or in between the Tour, in case of any unforeseen confrontation with the Agent / Guest or any loss to the Company.

Points For Consideration

• All the historical sites and Museums remains closed on National Holidays, and some time few sightseeing remains inaccessible during the extreme weather conditions such sightseeing trip will either be reshuffled and accommodated some were else if not will be cancelled without any refund.
• Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are for the purpose of Packaging and we are not holding any rooms for this. Provision of hotels rooms will be as per the current availability.
• In the above mentioned Hotels and rooms are not available, either we will provide an alternative hotel at the same cost or we will suggest alternatives with difference of pricing.
• Vehicles provided for the Tour are not on disposal Basis, and are meant for sightseeing transfers only.

Notes for the above Quotation

• Please note the quotation given above is with respect to the inquiry Send, and does not Guarantee any of the Service or Hotel Rooms.
• While Conforming In case any changes in any of the Component like the Hotel, Hotel Room, class of travel in Cruise, changes in sightseeing spots the Price is subjected to Change.
• While interacting please do not ever change the Subject line of the mail and keep the same mail in the Loop, this will avoid future Confrontation if any.
• Please check the inclusion/ exclusion, pricing and itinerary thoroughly before conforming to Guest, if you have any confusion kindly do let us know.

Cancellation Policy NewWay Andaman

• 90% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
• No refund for cancellation received in between 10 Dec to 20 Jan.

General Information

• The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon the ferry and boat availability.
• If some of the museums stated in the first day of the itinerary remains unvisited due to lack of time then we will try to cover those on the last day but if due to lack of time or museum holiday if some museum remains unvisited even after the last day of the tour period then there will not be any reimbursement.
• All the museums are closed on Monday. If your arrival is on Monday, we will modify the itinerary to accommodate the above, but still some places may remain unvisited and we won’t take responsibility of the same.
• North Bay and Ross Island are closed on Wednesday, If second day happens to be Wednesday, we will modify the itinerary to accommodate the above, but if still some places may remain unvisited and we won’t take responsibility of the same.
• Limestone cave is closed on Monday therefore we don’t conduct Baratang tour on Monday.
• All guests who are visiting Havelock, Neil Island, Ross Island, North Bay, Jollybuoy or Wandoor whether for day trip or overnight trip are required to carry their ID Proofs.
• Breakfast is not included on day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same.
• Please intimate and check your breakfast and lunch time at the hotel, you may have to skip some complimentary breakfast or paid lunch at the hotel due to the sightseeing/tour timings.
• All hotels in Andaman have an early check out time and late checkout is subject to availability.

Weather Policy

• Being an Island surrounded by Sea, the Wind direction plays an important role in the weather of Andaman Islands. And the Islands are susceptible to cyclonic Conditions at least twice in a year, especially in the last week of November and the First Week of December. Hence cancellation of sightseeing trips or the Complete Tour will be dealt in a following Manner.
• We believe in Safety and hassle free moment of Guest, and until and unless we feel we are comfortable enough to conduct a tour we will not recommend it to the guest weather some body else is doing or not doing. In case the guests insist to do the same we will not take the responsibility for the same. And will inform the agent accordingly.
• Some time all of sudden due to high wind condition or high wave condition, just on the day of the tour like the trip to North Bay Coral Island, Ross Island, Elephant Beach the Boats Operations are Cancelled by respective Controllers, In such cases its very difficult to arrange alternate options in blink of seconds, even we are not prepared for the respective transfers at that very moment, hence we will take some half an hour to one hour to get back with alternative options and transfers. We will require the corporation of guest during such times to plan the alternatives.
• If we feel it’s not appropriate to continue the Tour we may ask the guest to cancel the Tour and not to continue further.
• Every hotel have defined Cancellation Policy, we will adhere to the same in case of Cancellation.
• With regard to the transportation, entry and monument charges, and other supplement if any we will pay Complete Refund for the same. But for the hotel part until and unless the hotels pay back we will not refund the amount.
