1. All the payments must be cleared as per the Cut off dates in sun a manner that 50 % is cleared at the time of Conformation and Balance 50% write on the Day of Arrival. In case of any Bank holiday the payment must be made before the arrival Date.
2. Booking done with in the 30 days of Arrival date will be conformed by Paying 100 % Payment.
NEWWAY Andaman reserve the write to deny / withdraw any booking or service before or in between the Tour, in case of any unforeseen confrontation with the agent / Guest or any loss to the Company.

· Room Services, Laundry, Telephone charges, Ross island maintenance fee
· Additional usage of vehicle
· Cost of services which is not mentioned in the “Inclusions”
